Regina Travel Tour Conditions

This document outlines what REGINA TRAVEL provides when you sign up for a tour, and what you agree to do while on tour with REGINA TRAVEL (”Tour Conditions”). By signing up for a tour with REGINA TRAVEL you are agreeing to these Tour Conditions so please read the document carefully before you complete your reservation request.

Tour price guarantee: Our tour prices do not include airfare, and are subject to change without notice due to the unpredictability of trip costs. However, the price for the tour you’ve selected will be locked and guaranteed the moment we receive your deposit. For current tour prices, visit and click on Regina Trips.

Included in the price of each tour: Sightseeing tours by a REGINA TRAVEL guide, and local guides when appropriate, including admissions to sights seen as a group; all of your dinners (as determined by REGINA TRAVEL); accommodations each night; all transportation to/from sightseeing activities (does not include airport transfers to /from the hotel or optional activities or independent travel during the tour).

Itineraries are subject to change:  We need to be flexible enough to take advantage of whatever comes along so that we may provide you with the best possible tour. Uncompleted portions of the tour itinerary are not cause for refund.

Tour payments: To reserve a seat on this REGINA TRAVEL tour you must agree to these Tour Conditions and provide us with the full amount of your payment. We accept all tour payments via online payment providers Paypal. We also accept your personal check from a US bank account (or a bank draft/money order drawn on a US or Canadian bank) made payable to ”Regina Foundation ” in US dollars.

Solo travelers and single rooms: If you are traveling solo, you need not pay the mandatory single supplement often required by other tour companies. If you notify us, we will endeavor to have you room with another tour member of the same sex.

Returned payments: If a payment to REGINA TRAVEL is returned unpaid for any reason, we will assess a $35 returned-item fee per occurrence. The fee(s) will be added to the applicable tour balance, and must be paid in full prior to your tour departure.


Transferring to another tour: Change in plans? Up to 30 days prior to your tour’s departure, you can transfer to any other tour in the next calendar year with seats available, applying your existing payment with no transfer fee. If you transfer to a different tour, the price of that tour will be applied, effective on the date we confirm your transfer. Transfers less than 30 days before your tour’s departure may not be possible.

Cancellations and refunds: Your tour fees are not refundable, but they can be applied to future tours under certain conditions. Cancellations must be in writing: sent via email to, or mailed to REGINA Foundation, 1123 12th Ave Rd, Room 112, Nampa, ID 83686-5738. Cancellations become effective on the date received by REGINA TRAVEL.

If we cancel a tour you have reserved, the entire amount you have paid to REGINA TRAVEL for the applicable tour will be refunded to you within 30 days after the tour’s cancellation. Or, you may choose to transfer to another tour with seats available within 30 days (see ”Transferring to another tour,” above). Once this occurs, REGINA TRAVEL and its representatives have no other obligations to tour members on cancelled trips including any additional costs or fees related to the issuance and/or cancellation of airline tickets or other travel reservations not made by REGINA TRAVEL.

Tour forms, obligations, and risks: To travel on a tour, and to qualify for Tour Cancellation/Interruption Protection, all tour members are required to sign and return a Release and Waiver Agreement prior to the beginning of a tour. Omitting important information, or altering the Release and Waiver Agreement, will render it and your Tour Cancellation/Interruption Protection invalid, and could result in expulsion from a tour at your own expense.

Participation: Although we want everyone to have a good time, it sometimes happens that someone participating in a tour can misbehave or do things that are incompatible with the safety, comfort, or convenience of other members of the tour. In those circumstances we have the exclusive right and discretion to expel someone from a tour at any time.

Tour member expectations: REGINA TRAVEL trips are physically active, and the hotels we stay in may provide fewer amenities. On any of our trips, you assume certain obligations and responsibilities to REGINA TRAVEL and your fellow tour members, including, but not limited to, the following:

  • Carry or roll your own luggage for up to 15 minutes over uneven pavement from the bus to the hotel and then carry it on your own to reach your room.
  • Be comfortable on your feet with walking tours, climbing lots of stairs, hopping on and off public transportation, plus standing and walking for hours inside museums and outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Sleep with no (or inadequate) air conditioning and street noise in some hotels.
  • After orientation and transportation lessons, be able to navigate towns and cities on your own.
  • Our tour guides cannot provide assistance for any of these activities. Tour members requiring help must be accompanied by an able companion who can be entirely responsible for providing the assistance.
  • Since this is a Catholic tour, we may begin praying a rosary during the bus ride, or have an accompanying priest say a Mass either just for the group or concelebrated with a local priest.
  • Travel/health insurance not provided.  Look around for best travel insurance. 


Smoking policy: No smoking or vaping is allowed on the bus, in the hotel, or where other tour members are present.
